The true bars to this cage
is the innate and
deeply rooted conviction that
“I cannot”

Who convinced me, and why?
And when?
Did you convince me?
Did I convince me?
Did lessons learned convince me?

It is a flawed conviction
It is a false conviction
It is a fatal conviction
It is an obscuring conviction
It is a blinding conviction

But — and this is
a hugely important But
a life-and-death important One:
It is a letgoable conviction
