Thanks s bunch for reading, Duncan, and for really great response... šYou are absolutely right: analytically, intellectually, we cannot define or prove the existence of spirits, or invisible life, what have you. However, you can experience this truth, and the experience itself speaks much louder than any reasoning.
I, as a Buddhist, obviously believe in the fluffier side of life as it were, but I not only believe, I have experienced this truth, and there's no going back once you've done that, small brain or not.
I believe all living things possess spirit, but not pure matter, as in computers and massive storage. Hence my view... šŗ
