From where I'm sitting, I go with Ramana and Advaita. Ramana was wont to point out that the I-Thought was the hardest one to let go.

Also, the Upanishads and other ancient Indian scriptures always hold that Atman IS Brahman; Atman being separate is an illusion (the I-Thought).

Were I to put money on it, I'd go with the One-Ness.
